Most contractors wait on a framing sub. We erect it ourselves, which is the difference between a schedule you can hold and one you can only report on.

Framing and erection,
self performed

Light gauge for interior partitions, load bearing walls and soffits. Structural steel erection where the drawings call for it. Our crew, our equipment, our sequence.

We do not fabricate. Shop drawings and fabrication stay with the fabricator, and we take it from delivery through erection and connection, coordinated with the concrete and the deck.
